Exciting New Equipment for 2025!
We are excited to introduce a new fleet of ride-on-top kayaks, available for students and private groups alike. These kayaks are perfect for exploring the serene waters of Cameron Lake and offer a fun and safe way to connect with nature. Please note, equipment rentals are only available to school groups or private groups that are renting the facility, and no equipment is allowed to leave the premises.
Canoeing Update
For those looking forward to canoeing, we currently require a certified individual other than the coordinator to lead the activity. We are actively working towards offering certification courses so that more groups can enjoy canoeing in the future. Stay Tuned!
Popular Fall activities include:
- Pond Studies: Dive deep into the fascinating world of pond life by exploring both macro and micro invertebrate communities.
- Mountain Biking: Take on the trails, practice agility, and hone your skills while enjoying the scenic beauty of our interior trails.
- Hiking: Enjoy a short education hike, or pack a day bag and let’s explore! Day hikes may last up to 4 hours and students will need to bring a prepared backpack including a light trail snack and adequate water supply.
